Sophie has worked exclusively in the heritage sector since she graduated from her Masters in Architecture in 2010. She has worked in London on the repair and conservation of some of the country’s most significant buildings and landmarks and has extensive experience assisting clients with funding applications, as well as in her technical role running projects on site.
Sophie was extensively involved with the RICS Project of the Year 2016, Cardigan Castle, a Grade I-listed building and Scheduled Ancient Monument. The site of Wales’ first Eisteddfod in 1176, this large-scale regeneration scheme has been heralded as one of the most significant regeneration projects in Wales’ history.
In her free time, Sophie has a passion for research, particularly in social history, and accordingly has extensive work published nationally about her architectural research. She was winner of the Norwest Holst Prize and Charles Reilly Medal in 2010, the highest commendation for Masters students in architecture. Her work has been exhibited at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2011) and the RIBA Supermodels Exhibit, (2012).
Having recently left the automotive industry, Naomi joined the business in 2022. She has worked on a broad range of projects since joining us and is currently undertaking an Archeology Diploma Course.
A highly organised professional with over 10 years’ experience in marketing, Naomi is a Heritage Consultant with a keen eye for detail and a passion for British social history.
In her spare time, Naomi is a reader for a local talking newspaper, a volunteer in a local primary school and a copywriter for various mediums.
Daniel is a professional architect with a passion for industrial heritage. With a wide range of projects under his belt, Daniel has worked on urban and architectural projects at varying scales, from masterplans of stadium precincts, to smaller buildings of cultural significance.
With over a decade of experience, Daniel is familiar with all aspects of the planning process and understands the complexities involved in gaining consent.
Daniel prides himself on being a free-thinking architect that questions conventional notions of architecture and urbanism and is happily working towards the discovery of new modes and models.
Kristian’s broad range and exposure of Architectural experience evolved from working across various practices and UK regions since 2000. Projects have spanned sectors including Urban Design, residential, commercial, industrial, mental health, and heritage. His work contributed in attaining a 2018 BD Housing Architect award for pH+ and a 2022 AJ Retrofit Award while project running phase 1 of the repair and rebuild of a C18th Hampshire Mill.
Kristian was awarded a scholarship from the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (SPAB) in 2017 prior to several years on their Technical and Research Panel and assisting with planning casework. Kristian is particularly interested in the adaptive re-use of derelict heritage and Urban renewal, providing specialist heritage consultation and design.
